Having good knowledge of Linux. Providing technical support and customer service to our clients. Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone. Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members. Flexible to work at shift. Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions. Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups. Team management / Leading skills will be an add-on. Freshers with Excellent writing and speaking skills can apply.
