Develop and build out well designed, testable, efficient code. Collaborate with team members and lead discussions of architecture and scale. Regularly participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Display ownership and responsibility for the projects you choose to work on. Design scalable services and solve concurrency problems that will meet the demands of our increasing growth. Expert knowledge of PHP & MySQL. Understanding of MVC pattern. Passionate about optimizing application performance and improving user experience. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap. Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming. Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions. Never-ending desire to self-educate in areas of programming and technology. Effective at communicating software design and implementation details.
