Demonstrates basic knowledge of MS Excel (Graphs/creating/modifying) and the Incident Management Process/lifecycle.
Able to create incidents if needed and perform incident ticket validation for proper information.
Track knowledge transition activities such as Project specific KT, application KT etc.
Extract relevant information from the knowledge management repository.
Awareness of technology product/platform standards and specifications.
Implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME.
Create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements and independently work on simple modules.
